Leadership Role: Project Management for MAPS, supporting strategy and execution for Psychedelic Science 2023, welcoming 12K+ attendees. Guided development of the core campaign “big idea”, coordinated the event’s social media brand presence and pre-event marketing deliverables. Directed on-site support for the volunteer content team and executed MAPS brand signage, while providing ongoing social and design production support to keep a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder program aligned and on schedule.
