Served as the primary bridge between a 20+ contractor pod and the internal production team, driving on-site delivery across most shoots and ensuring enterprise-level quality from pre-pro through wrap.
Built the operational backbone for scale through repeatable workflows, communication channels, and talent systems, while leading art direction support, design, proofreading, and QA across 75+ uniquely branded courses and 30,000+ dynamic visual learning assets. Helped propel Subject through a successful $29.4M Series A and left behind durable templates, training, and systems still visible across the live platform today.
